Stocktaking mode
This video describes the inventory mode in the UnaRetail application. In general, several modes have been developed, but in this case the most interest is stocktaking mode. You can watch a video on YouTube channel.
At first you need to get data from the back office, and you will also need to send data. To do this, you must specify a link to the database you are looking for. Choose a store or warehouse in which the inventory will be carried out. In order to receive data - click - Download. Then you need to open the inventory mode and collect information. In this case, the accumulated data is already there and now it is necessary to delete it. To do this, go to the database settings and select Clear accumulated.
Now the application does not contain unnecessary information and you can start scanning. To do this, the scanner is aimed at the barcode. In this case, it is recognized as a croissant and its price is displayed. Then enter the quantity and press Enter. After pressing Enter, this product is already in the list of scanned items. The next position - it is also visible that there is a price, a name, a quantity is entered. Press Enter, one more product is selected that has already been scanned before, in this case the actual quantity in the application is simply summed up. Item recognized as tomatoes. In order to send data you need to go into the Send mode.
Data transfer is done via Send via http. "The operation was completed successfully and the information was saved in document No." This message means that in the back office you can use this document code to find documents of inventory of goods upon the fact with the data of unloading.
Simple mode
For the Simple mode, a new setting has been added, with which you can send data to the Scan Act document, or Applications store-logistic center. You can watch a video on YouTube channel.
In order to choose which document the data will be uploaded to, you need to go to Sending and select Settings. In the settings window, use the arrows to select Advanced. tab and here you can select the Scan Act, or Applications store-logistic center, or some of your own SYSFID. The store application is currently configured for two documents. You need to go back and go to the Scan and work as in the Inventory mode.
The product is scanned and then you need to send data. If the desired list of goods is scanned and sent, an application must be made. To do this, go to Settings and Clear accumulated. You also need to take advantage of a full cleanup if the data has already been downloaded. Now you can again go to the Sending / Settings / Advanced tab, where SYSFID changes and you can continue to work.
